I do love posters. I'm old enough to have shopped at Athena and blu tacked the pictures to my walls. I have already written about London Underground posters, I'm also very fond of the work of Toulouse-Lautrec. I guess I'm drawn to simple graphic lines and colours. For the next brief the work of Saul Bass is relevant for his use of minimal colours. His work is still very influential, Google Saul Bass posters and you get loads of images in his style like this poster for The Hunger Games or these posters for Star Wars.
